Shipping & Returns Policy

We prioritize efficiency and transparency. No hidden fees, no complex jargon.

1. Shipping

  • Processing: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.

  • Tracking: Automated tracking is sent via email immediately upon dispatch.

  • Transit: Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. We do not control carrier delays once the item leaves our facility.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Window: 14 days from delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. We do not accept "tried and tested" returns that show signs of wear or scent.

  • Defects: If the construction (stitching, fabric integrity) is compromised upon arrival, we replace it immediately at our expense.

  • Change of Mind: Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Ensure you use the Size Guide above to avoid sizing errors.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the fulfillment stage. Review your cart before confirming.
